Atlantic Motion

 

In 2016, Feral collaborated with VW Commercial Vehicles on the launch campaign for the new generation VW Caravelle, creating a short film inspired by Atlantic travel, outdoor culture and life lived between the ocean and the road.

 

Shot across coastal environments connected to the wider Feral world, the project explored movement, freedom and modern adventure through the lens of surf culture and seasonal living. Combining cinematic landscapes, road travel and authentic outdoor environments, the collaboration reflected the shared connection between exploration, functionality and life shaped by movement.

 

The campaign formed part of a wider creative direction focused on modern coastal living, travel and the relationship between vehicles, people and the environments they move through.

Behind the Journey

 

Built around the Atlantic lifestyle that continues to influence the identity of Feral, the project brought together film making, travel, surf culture and outdoor environments across the UK and Europe.

 

From long coastal drives and changing weather systems to life on the road between surf locations, the collaboration aimed to capture the atmosphere and unpredictability that defines movement along the Atlantic coastline.

 

Rather than creating atraditional commercial campaign, the project focused on authenticity,environment and the feeling of modern outdoor travel connected to the wider eral world.
